Acceptable Experience and Education Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Parks and Recreation Administration, Golf Course Management, Agronomy, Turf Management, or a related field with five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience as a golf superintendent or managing a facility which includes a golf course, to include three (3) years of supervisory responsibility. Or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Certificates and Licenses Required Must have or obtain by date of hire a valid driver's license applicable to job responsibilities, with a driving record acceptable to the County of El Paso.
